The location of the hotel is 30 minutes away by bus from London Gatwick airport costs 1 gbp or by airport taxi costs 28 gbp. The shopping mall and restaurants are 10 minutes walk. Furthermore, you can book tours via klook (Windsor castle, Stonehenge, Oxford) where meeting place would be in Victoria couch station. You can spend your whole day touring downtown london via city sightseeing bus and sleep peaceful at crown plaza. The international breakfast buffet is served until 10am. You can sit and meet people from airline industry, student and local tourists. Mr. Krisha and Ms. Diana were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back here.

We arrived after long delayed flight. Receptionist was excellent. Hotel very busy but all staff were efficient and polite. We thought oh no its going to be hectic. We had stayed before holiday at Crown Plaza Felbidge which had a calmer vibe . However roo. Was really small there . We had come from staying at a high standard hotel in Italy to a great one in UK. Initial thoughts were oh dear as everywhere busy. But we were pleasantly surprised and staff coped excellently . Food was delicious. Fresh porridge made for me as all had gone . Delicious.

From the moment of check in with friendly staff, to the well appointed and exceptionally clean room the whole stay was excellent. A good choice of hot and cold food was available for Breakfast, both buffet style or a reasonable alternative choice cooked to order. In the evening the bar was prepared to mix cocktails, Long Island ice teas, not on the drinks list, which I would call “making sure we raise our game to meet our gusts needs”
